Need some feedback on this one! Is this for real? I was briefed on this at one point and took it as many do… Though, I continued to observe… Here we are, again. This time with a bit more info and clarity.

Where are the skeptics and naysayers, the debunkers and alternate explanations? I’d like to hear an educated hypothesis versus the marionette’s “Horizon Fail”. Talk to me…

[Re-Print Via: Documaga]

This documentary is a must see. [/] The Horizon Project begins with a frightening bang. Newly discovered scientific evidence shows that the world as we know it is about to come to an unexpected end; however, knowing what’s coming over the horizon is only the tip of the iceberg; understanding WHY presents a picture far greater than you could have imagined.

Global catastrophic events throughout our past have severed the flow of information from one generation to the next, creating permanent gaps in history and knowledge. Civilizations that came before us knew of the upcoming inevitable catastrophe, leaving behind major clues that have just been recently discovered. The knowledge that was once lost is the missing link that provides a clear understanding of how our world truly operates. Ironically, these clues also inform us that time is running out; sooner than you may believe.

See the overwhelming scientific evidence previously lost and re-discover the shocking answers that have been under our noses all along.

I used to love the digital watches from the late 80s.
Here is a New Millennium look.

Can we really eat digitally printed food?

Introduction

Food is one of the fundamental ingredients of life. We cannot go a day without it before experiencing discomfort and the kinds of food we eat and how we eat them are closely intertwined with our cultural practices, physical environments and personal health. Nonetheless, we have been cooking progressively less.

With so much to consider, is the Sleep Box really the answer for the weary traveler?

[Re-Print – Source: WalYou]

Any frequent traveler would probably best understand what I’m trying to put forth here, this cool new architectural concept created by the Russian Arch Group could turn into a life saver for most of the frequent travelers and business men. This is your portal to a session of sound sleep in a city where an accommodation or the possibility of finding an accommodation for a night’s sleep is pretty low.

Designed to be installed at crucial points like the Airports, central public places or any place on the map where finding an accommodation  is really difficult, this  may become the quite usual scene in probably a few years.

Measuring 2mx1, 40mx2, 30m in dimensions, this may sound a bit compact but believe me there is enough space inside to fit an Elephant! The cool “Sleep Cell” ( as I would like to call it) comes custom fitted with a Bed, Linen, Proper Ventilation System, Alarm, LCD T.V, Wi-Fi, space for your laptop and rechargeable phones and finally a cupboard under the bed to store your luggage in!

The payments to rent these Sleep Cells are made at the Airport Terminal or the respective offices who then provide the client with an electronic key that can be purchased for as small as a 15 minute power nap to all the hours you need.

A .22-caliber pistol with a high-tech safety feature. Made by German company Armatix, the pistol will only fire if it is within a few inches of a special wristwatch, which sends a “wireless arming signal” to the pistol.

An LED Light at the back of the pistol flashes green to signify that it is unlocked; the LED turns red when the arming signal is not detected.

The Armatix website describes a highly similar concept for a gun, but adds that not only will the gun be tied to a specific wristwatch, the wristwatch will be paired to a specific fingerprint as well. I’m not sure if the actual gun-watch combo has this functionality. A limited edition version of the high-tech pistol will be available starting next month for €7,000 (approx. $9,700 USD).

Armatix will eventually offer higher caliber guns, like this colossal revolver, as well as rifles and shotguns.

Electromagnetic Pulse Cannon | Stops Cars Instantly

You might have heard of electromagnetic pulses cutting steel in milliseconds, but it can also be used to stop the cars instantly. Surprised? Well, you might be! However, built by Canadian company Eureka Aerospace, the Canon is a prototype yet it could stop any car built after 1970s.

It is done with the High-Powered Electromagnetic System (HPEMS), which is suitcase-sized electromagnetic pulse (EMP) cannon, weighting 50-55lbs. It works effectively on modern cars (not built before 1970s) that rely upon microprocessors and various electronics for their engine. This system immediately disables a car or truck from 656 feet away, and that too without hurting the driver or innocent passerby.

This EMP cannon may come out to be a handy tool for the police, but in the present form it’s too awkward to be placed in police car or helicopter. As a result, Eureka Aerospace intends to shrink the device to the size of a handgun, making it easy to mount on police helicopters, cars, and military vehicles, which can be used to put an end to deadly high-speed chases, and stopping suicide bombers from a safe distance.
